The entire ecosystem of precision machining is supported by our machine fleet, the operational core of Stami. Within a 2,000 m² facility, 22 state-of-the-art turning machines bring your projects to life, applying the same level of care whether producing small batches or industrial-scale runs, for standard or customised machining.
Our CNC machines are operated using next-generation CNC technologies, including advanced CAD and CAM software that is continuously updated, in line with high standards of quality, scalability and safety.
Speed and precision are central to our work, achieved through the use of different types of CNC lathes:
Sliding headstock lathe
multi-axis CNC machines that machine the bar while it is fed forward, ensuring extremely high precision even when producing very small components.
Fixed headstock lathe (single- and twin-spindle, single- and twin-turret lathes)
single spindle and single turret configurations are ideal for linear machining operations using a limited number of tools, while twin spindle and twin turret setups machine the component on multiple sides and with several tools simultaneously, enabling optimised synchronous machining.
