Precision Machining Services for Third Parties

Every customer is unique, as are their projects. That’s why we maintain a fleet of machines that’s always ready to perform precision machining on a wide variety of materials, from the production of individual parts to mass production.
Thanks totraditional lathes and CNC lathes with sliding headstock, we perform metal machining and mechanical machining for third parties, following a structured process that ranges from digital design to production of the finished part. Each phase is accompanied by rigorousconformity checks, ensuring that every component meets the required quality standards.
Explore in detail all types of CNC mechanical machining performed by our team, from technical drawing to finished product.

CNC TURNING
The rotation of the raw workpiece against a cutting tool results in the progressive removal of material. This makes it possible to produce uniform, precise metal components.

GEAR CUTTING
This process machines raw workpieces by creating toothed profiles and various types of grooves, required for industrial machinery that must ensure correct transmission of motion.

BROACHING AND SLOTTING
Material removal on both internal and external surfaces makes it possible to form toothed profiles, keyways and cavities with a high level of precision.

HEAT TREATMENT
Exposure to controlled temperature variations enhances the strength of metals, improving industrial performance and increasing the metals’ resistance to fatigue, wear and corrosion.

SURFACE TREATMENTS
These act on the outer layer of the metal through chemical, electrochemical or electrolytic processes that improve corrosion resistance, even in extreme environmental conditions.
How We Work for Third Parties
We work based on the customer’s design. Send us the technical drawing or component specifications, and our engineering department will assess the feasibility before preparing a quote: material, tolerances, quantity, and manufacturing process. If we’re not the right supplier for that part, we’ll let you know right away.
- Design Analysis: We verify feasibility, materials, and required tolerances.
- Machine selection: fixed-head CNC lathes for small and medium batches, with diameters up to Ø80 mm, and sliding-head lathes for parts up to Ø32 mm in medium-to-large batches.
- Compliance checks: We inspect the part at every stage, maintaining control over the production process.
- Finishing: We complete the part with grinding, rolling, lapping, and heat or surface treatments—including through selected partners—in accordance with specifications.
Here’s an example: A customer asked us for a Ø21 perforated pulley made of AISI 316, with a hole tolerance of ±0.010 mm and a batch size of 10,000 pieces. Before submitting a quote, we analyzed the drawing with the engineering department and estimated the manufacturing cycle.
Materials and Batches
We machine steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium—including alloy steels such as 42CrMo4—ranging from single-piece production to series production. Our management system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Frequently Asked Questions About Contract Manufacturing
A company outsources the production of mechanical components based on its own designs to an external workshop. The workshop provides the machinery, expertise, and quality control; the customer receives the finished parts without having to invest in an in-house department.
In our department, we perform CNC turning on fixed-head and sliding-head lathes, as well as broaching and slotting; for grinding, rolling, lapping, gear cutting, and heat and surface treatments, we rely on selected partners, so you receive the finished part from a single supplier.
Both: from the production of individual parts to mass production. Fixed-head CNC lathes are suitable for small and medium-sized batches, while sliding-head lathes are suitable for medium-to-large batches requiring high production continuity.
Please provide details of the requested work (components, materials, dimensions, and technical specifications) and, if you have them, any project documents, such as technical drawings or 3D models. We’ll assess the feasibility with no obligation before sending you a quote: you can contact us via the Contact Us page.
