Our precision turning workshop is a benchmark for the machining and production of precision metal components in Treviso. We manufacture precision turned components and custom mechanical parts for a wide range of industrial sectors, following a process that runs from technical drawing through to finished product, in an efficient and controlled way. All of this is made possible thanks to the system we have built around our automated lathe department. The rotation of the raw workpiece against a cutting tool results in the progressive removal of material. This makes it possible to produce uniform, precise metal components.
GEAR CUTTING
This process machines raw workpieces by creating toothed profiles and various types of grooves, required for industrial machinery that must ensure correct transmission of motion.
BROACHING AND SLOTTING
Material removal on both internal and external surfaces makes it possible to form toothed profiles, keyways and cavities with a high level of precision.

ALUMINIUM
Lightweight yet strong, valued for its excellent machinability, including for high-volume production, provided that vibrations and potential deformation are properly managed.
BRASS AND COPPER ALLOYS
Brass produces short chips that are easy to evacuate, while copper—although more challenging to machine due to its softness—is valued for its thermal and electrical conductivity.

A close-knit and skilled team isn’t enough to guarantee precision and reliability in a machining workshop. The right technology is also essential. That is why our CNC automatic turning company in Treviso has invested in a modern and efficient machine fleet. In a 2,000 m² facility, 22 state-of-the-art CNC lathes operate continuously, while everything we cannot handle in-house is managed by our partners.
